These outlines/diagrams are intended to help clients maintain proper positioning when performing remedial exercises prescribed by their Massage Therapist.  Please follow the number of reps and sets given to you during treatment as well as any modifications recommended for your specific abilities. If you feel pain during any exercise it is recommended that you adjust your position so it matches the descriptions/pictures provided. If you still experience pain stop the exercise until you are able to discuss your home care at your next appointment.
