How to prepare for your mobile massage appointment 

 

• have a cleared space large enough for the treatment table to be set up and for me, your Massage Therapist, to move around the table free of obstacles.  

• Please be ready for your scheduled appointment. It is my intention to arrive approximately 5-10 min prior to your scheduled appointment so I can introduce myself and set up the treatment table. 

• Once your appointment begins we will review your Health History together, perform an assessment, discuss your treatment goals and proceed with your treatment.
